Philosophy
Remember Love
A way of seeing — a way of returning.
Within the philosophy of Shaktism, the world is the embodiment of the Devi. She is all of creation, and there is nothing that excludes her.
This understanding became an invitation for me— to see life as sacred, to feel the interconnectedness of all beings, and to recognize the energy that flows through everything.
My Philosophy
There is nothing outside —
everything is within.
The world and people are mirrors.
Every experience is a lesson. Nothing is "bad"—everything is here to help you grow.
Inspired also by Buddhism, I believe
- The present moment is the only reality.
- The past creates regret, the future creates anxiety—presence creates peace.
- You are not your thoughts.
- You are not your emotions.
- You are awareness.
- Energy flows through you.
- Forgiveness frees you.
- Self-love transforms you.
My Approach to Yoga
Yoga is not just movement.
It is the art of living.
It is about:
- Awareness of the body
- Connection with the breath
- Presence in every moment
When breath and body move together, you return to yourself. Yoga is where you remember: who you are, what you feel, what you truly want.
Final Message
Come back to it.
Come back to you.
